When Cool Term (2.0.1 build 1150 / windows) starts and displays the dialog to select a port, the dialog is hidden behind the main window. Expected behavior is to have the dialog on top of the main window since it's the only thing that is active at that time.

Thanks for the heads up. Does a click on the obscured window at least bring it forward, or is it staying behind?
