Enabling CoolTerm notifications on Linux

Starting with v2.1.0, CoolTerm can generate notifications. On Linux, CoolTerm uses notify-send, which requires libnotify to be installed at a minimum. Here are some details how to do that:

You can test your installation by using notify-send to send a notification to your system's notification daemon. Some systems, such as e.g. Raspian on the Raspberry Pi, require a notification daemon to be installed. More information here:
