Hello,
CoolTerm is the only app I've managed to find that has all the features (especially the scripting support + GUI) I need and works on most OSes. I have a device that outputs encoded logs, and I was wondering if the scripting that CoolTerm provides is capable of intercepting the encoded data coming from a port and then decoding it (using a separate python script) before displaying it on the GUI?

I have something in the works that will allow this to a certain degree. Stay tuned for the next release.
